Domestic ( USA) Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Divas Cosmetics will gladly accept returns for Divas Cosmetics products within 30 days from delivery date as long as the below conditions are met.
GENERAL POLICY
Item(s) must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including all original tags or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged (for hygienic reasons we do not refund opened packages)
MAKEUP RETURN POLICY
Makeup and other products can only be returned under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged item delivered
- Unused/ Unopened Item ( change of mind).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Only products purchased on divascosmetics.us may be returned for a refund or exchange.
- You can only exchange for items of the same price excluding any discount that was applied.
- We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
- Shipping cost and gift wrapping services are not eligible for refunds.
Divas Cosmetics does not accept returns for any opened cosmetics.
